Tom came to us very quickly to give us advice on what could be done to repair the problem. He thought we could stain the floor darker to eliminate the differences. He knew that we weren't going to do the work unless we had to, but he spent a great deal of time with us to ease our apprehension about selling the house. He also sent us proposals with options to alleviate the problem. Anyone who would do that is the one I would go to get any flooring work done!

I assumed that they would never be able to match the adjoining wood floors - done by them 17 years ago. Well......the color was perfect. He mixed it on the spot and when it dried - it matches the adjoning spaces perfectly. Customer service is excellent. They come on time as scheduled. When I wanted a 2nd coat - as it is the kitchen - they scheduled it immediately. Wish all my contacts with contractors was as worry free.
