I’m happy to officially be part of the One Hour Heating & Air family for life. After my AC went down and I had a bad experience with a previous contractor, I was honestly a bit hesitant. But from the moment I spoke with Robert, I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and reassured me that he would go above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of for the summer. Robert has over 30 years of HVAC experience, and it shows. He runs a tight, professional operation but also truly understands the human side of things. He showed up right on time, thoroughly assessed our system, ran tests on the condenser, and walked me through everything step by step so I felt fully confident in the path forward. What stood out most is that he stands behind his work. Every installation is backed by his warranty, which gave me real peace of mind. On installation day, Robert and his team were prompt, professional, and extremely respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and installed everything perfectly. It was even completed the same day, which was huge for us.   Above and BEYOND! We are so thankful for the expertise, care and diligence that the One Hour Team demonstrated. On time, honest and accurate diagnosis and then a solid plan forward. They set our expectations for timing and cost - and delivered. I appreciate the most that they care about what YOU care about we weren’t just another customer- we were a customer who had a cold sanctuary and the need to expeditiously get the heat back up and running- that mattered to them and we could not be happier to have a PARTNER - not just a vendor.   Run away & don't look back! like some other reviews suggested, Rob tried to upsell 200$ work for 850$ (labor only). Rob offered to go to the property to diagnose the issue, instead h removes the part w/o notifying me and the next morning sends me an estimate of 850$ labor to fix it clearly taking advantage of the situation that a tenant lived at the property. after some thought I asked him to put the part back on but he didn't do it as he knew that any other company would know the part worked fine andhis lie would be exposed. instead he wanted me to pay him again to put it back on. such greediness. I called another company who performed the job within an hour and charged me 150$ total. unbelievable!
