I found Andy quite refreshing. For a young man recently out of high school I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. The respect he showed us was refreshing. I’ve dealt with contractors my entire career and I know how hard it is to find young people to take a chance on. I feel Andy is a keeper. Thank you.

Technician was terrible, didn't listen to my needs and blew us off. Told us he couldn’t help with the themostat. Caught him on his phone looking at cartoons a few times. Made a call and complaint to Bovio and they took down my info and concerns, I was promised a call back from the manager, which I still haven’t received a call back. I’m very disappointed in the customer service. Would still really appreciate a call back. Thank you.

Ricardo, my service technician show up at my house not long after I called for service and he took the time to put on shoe covers as to not track my floors-i know it's a little thing but I appreciated it. He took the time to listen to me explain what happened and talked me through as he trouble shoot the problem. He then talked with me and explained my options on how to fix the issue and we made a good decision for me on a path forward to repair my issue. Ricardo took the time to listen to me and not just tell what was wrong and how he is going to fix it. after he made the repairs he made sure i was comfortable with the outcome before preparing to leave. I would highly recommend him, I think he is a really good service person. I am so glad I chose Bovio Rubino HVAC, they really care about my family's comfort.
