Had 4 different technicians here over two weeks for the same issue. They get it back running that day but then it shuts down again less than 24 hrs later. I had to follow up myself multiple times for someone to do a more thorough review and talk to us about what the actual cause could be. They won’t send someone back now while still trying to diagnose the root cause, so we are left without heat in the middle of December. Very frustrating for a new system that has been working fine until now.
