- RBRaymond Breswick1 day ago5.0Bovio Rubino installed a one ton heat pump (mini split) in our porch/sunroom late November 2025. As cold as that room gets in the winter, we are pleasantly surprised how well it heats that space now. Bovio was great to work with, from the salesperson, Cliff Grimes to our installers. Lead installer, Zachary did a great job installing, as well as coordinating with the electrician to insure everything was right. Our installation was a little tougher than usual, with cathedral ceilings throughout the house. Zachary stayed with us all the way to the end of the day, to make sure the unit was working well and we understood how it worked. Thanks to Cliff, Claire and Zachary for a job well done.

I will spead the word to stay away from companies like yours. I now have a contract with PSE&G. I hope Bovio Rubino and Horizon, both go bankrupt when people start to realize, both companies are predatory! $500 for a $30 part! Technician left my gas pipe loose. Did not smell the gas. I questioned him, that i still smelled gas. He said the pipe was tight. He went out to his van. I turned off the gas. Opened the windows. Checked the pipe he took apart, and the pipe was still loose. Not exactly a good experience!
