  Master-Dry is the only company that could fix my basement flooding, soil grading, water drainage, and foundation problems. I tried the rest but found the best in Doug Schoen and Master-Dry ! My basement is now bone dry after the extensive yet very reasonably priced work that the Master-Dry team did both inside and outside. Other companies failed and made things worse. The Master-Dry crew are kind, helpful, reassuring, and very skilled. You can trust Master-Dry for a level of quality and service above all others.Thank you to Foreman Jeff and every member of the team for improving my home and my life, I will never forget your efforts. 1/15/26 Update: I just called Doug Schoen about replacing my old sump pump and battery back up pump and he kindly sent Foreman Jeff the next day who did a fabulous job upgrading and installing a great dual pump system at a reasonable price. Jeff knows all about what’s best for a dry carefree basement and is so pleasant and skilled. My life is so much better since Doug and Jeff and the Master Dry system solved my basement flooding problems for good! I feel totally protected now. This company is the very best! You are in good hands with Doug and Jeff Schoen, they take care of you even after the job is done! A+++++

  Mr. Schoen was courteous, quick to respond, and answered all of my questions/concerns. His price and timeline was very reasonable. However, I was not able to commit to the project; I still wanted to leave a review. It's hard to find decent honest people to trust in to complete a big project like he offers but he is the real deal. Thank you Mr. Schoen. Good luck.

  Doug was amazing not only in helping us with our very messed up situation but mitigating all the headache of owning a new house by going above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of before and after the service was done. He was very kind and understanding. His guys were also very respectful and were able to handle surprises with our already finished basement. Please do not hesitate to contact this company as they will make every effort to make this experience easy and efficient. I cannot thank them enough for making an already-difficult situation into something we could handle.
