  My elderly father had the water tank burst and a broken pipe that flooded the entire basement. Luckily Paterson Plumbing came to the rescue! Fixed the problem, cleaned up the big, big, mess, and provided the necessary equipment to dry out the basement. They went above and beyond, provided the information needed for the insurance claim, and were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them!

  I've used Peterson since I moved into my home. They replaced the original heating system and have worked here many times for other plumbing problems. I am especially grateful for their quick response time when I need immediate attention. Yesterday I needed them to come right away for a newly discovered leak, and Gary showed up right away. They are always helpful and courteous.

  I booked an appointment four weeks in advance, and followed up to confirm a week later. When the week of the appointment came, I confirmed again directly, and was assured that my appointment was confirmed. The appointment day came, which I took a personal day from work to be home for, and...you ready?? No one showed up. I called to ask for an ETA, and was told that they would not be coming. There's a little more to this story, but the above is the main point. I will certainly not be using this business for anything in the future.
