  Reached out to Budget blinds to get Lutron motorized blinds for our new home to integrate with our Lutron lighting for our family room and master bedroom. David came out and showed the different options for Lutron and even came back on a Saturday so my wife can see the fabrics during the daytime. Once we placed the order David said it would be about a month till we get the blinds. Fast forward a month David did a great job installing and we really love our new blinds. You can tell he is very passionate and takes great pride in his work.

  While I’ve used this business in the past, I will not be using them for future projects due to poor communication and follow through (ie weeks to respond if at all). I would not recommend them for anyone looking for an efficient partner.

  David Powell made our house look like a home. What a transformation! I never thought I would appreciate window treatments so much until I had them installed by Budget Blinds. The shutters and blinds are beautiful and functional. We had our entire first floor done in Westfield (kitchen, living room and dining room). The shutters provide privacy while still letting as much light in as you want. David was a true pleasure to work with, made sure I understood all the costs, materials and how everything worked. Such a nice guy. Installation day was a breeze, the shutters and blinds look perfect and not one spot of dust was left behind. You could go to Home Depot or Lowe’s for a similar product, but I much prefer someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about their craft and stands behind the product. He assured me if something wasn’t 100% perfect (even months down the road) to call him because he wants satisfied customers. David has completed jobs in various homes within our neighborhood and was very low pressure while we were exploring other options and getting quotes. He is a perfectionist and very thorough. Couldn’t be happier with the product or the service. Highly recommend Budget Blinds!

  Two missed appointments requiring re-scheduling weeks out, 4 un-returned emails, 6 unreturned calls. I fully understand these times can get a little crazy and things can slip through the cracks - but it is just very poor business to not show up twice, return a single call or an email
