  We stopped into Ferguson yesterday to explore bathroom faucets and fixtures for our master bathroom remodel, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Amanda, who offered us coffee and invited us to browse while letting us know she was available for any questions. And we definitely had a lot of questions! Amanda was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through the intricate details of different styles, brands, and options at various price points, helping us understand what would work best for our space and design. Not once did she make us feel rushed or silly for asking questions. Her expertise and professionalism made what could have been an overwhelming decision process feel easy and enjoyable. Amanda is truly an asset to Ferguson and absolutely deserves recognition for not just meeting, but exceeding customer expectations.   I can't thank Tony enough for the time and patience that he gave to us while picking out stuff for our new kitchen and bathroom. He has impeccable taste and truly helped to create beautiful rooms for us. So many phone calls and changes on our side but he was sweet and kind through it all! Great experience. Thank you Tony!

  I needed a part for an item that I did not purchase at Ferguson. Ian helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure I got the part I needed in the right size and color. When I do that downstairs bathroom I won't even bother with that massive online delivery service (you know who I mean). The discount was not worth the hassle of having zero help or personal service.

  Purchased a new Boiler from them (not cheap) when they delivered it, I asked them to put it in the garage, as it was going to rain. They left it outside. I called them back and asked them if they could come back and move it, but they never got back to me. When you spend $thousands at a store, you expect some decent level of service.
