I went to purchase a new kitchen faucet after the pricey Kohler faucet I bought there in the summer of 2023 for our kitchen remodel, totally self destructed and could not be fixed and all parts are backordered. I walked through the showroom for at least 15 minutes, no salesperson in sight other than one who was working with customers. I flagged someone down and requested a salesperson. I was told someone would be right out. 5 minutes later I was approached and told John would be right out. 20 minutes later I left. No John, no faucet. I purchased it somewhere else the next day. Sorry Ferguson, you lost me

Then had Goodman furnace almost burn down house on 11-15-20 they didn't have same furnace or anything close to original one they sold me so I had to buy replacement somewhere else. After warranty furnace sat there for over 3 months and the did absolutely nothing they told me im beat & they will not warranty it go somewhere else. I called main office in Virginia place is a joke had nothing but problems and mistakes for years so tired of getting beat on warranty for no reason. This is 1st negative post ever wrote

I tried multiple times to find this information and I was given different information each time after being on hold endlessly. In addition, Sean who took my order over the phone never bothered to include my phone number, so the delivery people had no way to contact me. The purchase of this tub has been truly a frustrating experience. I am now working with Damian at Ferguson who is trying to help me resolve the issue, he has been great. Homeowner beware that you must do your own research before ordering from Ferguson.
