I went to purchase a new kitchen faucet after the pricey Kohler faucet I bought there in the summer of 2023 for our kitchen remodel, totally self destructed and could not be fixed and all parts are backordered. I walked through the showroom for at least 15 minutes, no salesperson in sight other than one who was working with customers. I flagged someone down and requested a salesperson. I was told someone would be right out. 5 minutes later I was approached and told John would be right out. 20 minutes later I left. No John, no faucet. I purchased it somewhere else the next day. Sorry Ferguson, you lost me

Ian helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure I got the part I needed in the right size and color. When I do that downstairs bathroom I won't even bother with that massive online delivery service (you know who I mean). The discount was not worth the hassle of having zero help or personal service.

I called them back and asked them if they could come back and move it, but they never got back to me. When you spend $thousands at a store, you expect some decent level of service.
