He carefully rolled up my newly laid sod, dug the hole, repaired the pipe, installed a clean-out, and put the sod back perfectly — like nothing ever happened. Nick had a smile on his face the entire time and put all my worries to rest. He’s simply the best! Doug made sure it was a smooth transition. Doug’s name should be renamed to professional customer service. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend & so thankful they were recommended to me.

I also noticed the water pressure in fluid valve was low and he blamed it on pipes, which was nonsense since pressure was not previously as bad. I am totally disappointed and encourage anyone not to select Arrow Sewer and Drain for any work.
