- ACAngel C.1 day ago3.0Service wasn't good. They broke a PVC pipe that goes from the gutter to an underground connection. They did replace it but the job wasn't good. The connection separated which caused water going straight to the ground and causing a sink hole. In the basement they never put back the metal plate cover. When they dug for the lining installation there was no muddy water at all. All of a sudden there was so much mud and the staining type which means they probably busted out or had a leak somewhere. Which is probably why they worked until 8pm, when they were supposed to be done by 4pm. They started at 8am. I was told that they're coming back to take a look. I'm hoping the issue will be 100% fixed. UPDATE: Well the issue was fixed. It was done so much better this time. Axel redid the work and fixed the other guys mistakes, even fixed the mulch. It looks so much better now. They cleaned up after very well, much respect to the company and especially Axel n Almin. Thank you guys! 2 New pix added
