  We used Welwood Construction to resurface our back deck, and are absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. Jay was fantastic to work with— he knows the decking options inside and out, and was very helpful and responsive in answering our questions and helping guide us to a configuration and color scheme that we liked. The construction itself went very smoothly. You can immediately see that Jay and his team take strong pride in their work— everything was done right the first time, and the attention to detail was great. Everything turned out just the way we wanted. We absolutely love the look of our new deck, and would certainly recommend Welwood Construction to anyone.
