  I had a pipe leaking in my garage. I could clearly see the gasket came loss. I called for service but was unable to be there when the service took place. The Broadley repair person called to say it was complete. I was a doctor’s appointment and could not discuss what was done. I was charged $148 each for two pipe repairs. I believe the part didn’t fail it just came loss. Why did he replace two when we only had an issue with one? How do I know he replaced the part? I called the next day and told the woman my concerns. She said the service manager would called me. That was two days ago. Still no call.

  Response was quick . It was a basic repair but it was done quickly and efficiently …Jeff the plumber was very informative and gave some advice that will preclude future calls for the same problem. We will use them again for any future plumbing issues. 👍

  Broadley’s did an incredible job installing a 250 lb heating and AC unit in my small closet at my Condo. They had to remove the old unit and install the new. It was a very difficult job and they did it with skill. l highly recommend them.

  Our service experience was fantastic, came as scheduled, great communication, fairly priced. And our technician, Walt B, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to explain how our system was set up and made improvements to areas by pointing out safety issues that we did not even realize needed addressed, he was so helpful and knowledgeable! So thankful I called the right service company to square away our heat and air systems.

  We called Broadleys because piping in our crawl pace had frozen and broken. [We had first called American Water Resources-the subsidiary of New Jersey American Water which offers insurance (although they call it a warranty) against pipe breaks.] They sent their plumber who said the repair was not covered by the insurance [oops warranty] and said they would send pictures of the damage and an estimate for the repair costs via email. Neither have ever arrived, in spite of repeated calls. Their "your warranty doesn't cover damage from freeaing" may be an issue for small claims court. So, having had Broadleys do HVAC and plumbing work at our property many times, we called them. A Broadleys plumber came, assessed the situation and sent me an estimate. The plumber who did the estimate came to do the repair. Once he looked at our burst piping more closely he vound the repair was a bit more involved. The plumber explained what additional work was needed and why. His explanation was thorough and the additional work was fairly priced. The two plumbers worked well together and did the work carefully. They were considerate of our property when they had to come into the kitchen to work. The plumber should get some sort of medal for the time he spent in our thoroughly unpleasant crawl space; he didn't even complain about the crawl space. We could not be more pleased with the work that was done to return our water system to operation after piping in the crawl space had burst due to the extended very cold weather. Our Ocean City home is fully back in operation.
