We have used them multiple times in the past, with no issue. but this time they came out and snaked our drain for 30 minutes, didn’t fix the issue and continued to charge us $700 for their visit. I understand paying for your time but $700 for a job not even completed? Wow that’s a scam! Tried to resolve with the owner but they justified the $700 charge. Very disappointed.
