- KFKarl FloydJan 21, 20232.0They seem to have what you need but no one to get it . Last week went for a kitchen design and came home dissatisfied with the service. Also the bathroom specialist didn’t have. Don’t waste your time there go to another design center. You’ve been warned.

- RPRich PepeDec 7, 20211.0The person that designed our new kitchen was off in her measurements. The kitchen cabinets came in and were 8” off. This necessitated moving the gas pipe over and moving an electrical outlet for the stove, or waiting 10-12 weeks for ones with proper dimensions. Out of 16 uppers and lowers that were ordered. 15 came in. 14 in white, 1 in blue, 1 was missing. How does that happen? Then we needed to wait weeks for replacements. When the missing diagonal cabinet came in, it was off centered and the shelfs did not fit. Being without a kitchen for weeks is hard enough. But we did this while going through a death in the family. My wife and I kept calling where time allowed. But the manager never felt the need to call us back. Even in knowing what we were dealing with. Then when she did. She has an attitude and say it’s all paid for and installed. Don’t bother us. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend using them.
