  All, I can't speak highly enough about my recent experience with United, and in particular, Andrew. If you're looking for exceptional service, look no further. This past week, we encountered an AC outage at a rental property in the Hamptons, just as our tenant was preparing to host a weekend event. Understandably, with temperatures soaring, the situation was urgent. The diagnosis of our malfunction would take 24 hours, with potential delays for parts, Andrew got to work. In less than an hour, he had devised a contingency plan, securing units to address the issue swiftly if our system couldn't be repaired in time. Fortunately, the repair turned out to be straightforward, and the equipment wasn't needed. Despite not needing the equipment Andrew's efforts, and clear professional communication throughout the process, leaves me compelled to share this positive feedback. Best, Martin H.
