  Aiden Kelly texted me early in the appointment window and arrived within the 15 minutes as he indicated. He brought his testing tools and the replacement filter and went to work first in the attic and then outside at the condenser unit. As he entered the house on a couple occasions he put on his "booties " in order not to bring in any outside dirt. Polite and competent. What more could anyone ask for? When Ace Hardware took over Clay Comfort Control a few years back I know that I, like others, wondered if the service would remain at the same high level. It has. It appears to have been a seamless transition and I know that I am not alone in that assessment. Kudos to the company for not fixing something that wasn't broken and for retaining and presumably acquiring competent employees. Sid Parker

  I booked online for this Friday. Although the woman who called be was very pleasant. They canceled my conformed appointment for Friday. I was told I couldn't book an appointment until next month. Poor customer service if you ask me.
