  Great experience with this store. Had basement steps carpeted. Dave and Matt were great to work with. Pleasant and accommodating. Large selection and fair prices. Waited a bit long for the install but I'll chalk that up to the holiday rush. My install was done on 12/23. Joel the installer was great. Neat and nice job. Was a snowy and sloppy day and he was considerate about keeping the slop out of the house. Highly recommend.

  We've been a customer since 1997 and will not go anywhere else for carpet. Dave, Matt and the installers are professional, knowledgeable and do an excellent job in a timely manner. Highly recommend for all your flooring needs 😊

  Only 1 sales person in the store helping other customer…we waited 5 mins with NO acknowledgement that we were there or he would help us when he finished with his current customer. So we walked out to another carpet store. Suggestion to owner have your sales people learn how to multiplex when helping customers. Returned a week later when we had the time. Matt the owner is great. Great customer service and good deals. Installer was fantastic too, very professional and cleaned up when finished. Very happy with the overall purchase!

  I waited 3 weeks for delivery because of incompetence. I paid for all the boxes upfront then was told I owed additional money. I've used Bogarts in the past but won't use them in the future.

  Bogart's installed a very nice engineered click-lock Maple floor in our family room and a nice cork floor in our foyer. Great work, good price, well worth the money.
