  Very very happy with the install of my runner & the professionalism. Quality products sold at this location and the owner is amazing to deal with…smooth transition from start to finish. Install was perfection! He kept everything clean. The owner was amazing pleasure to deal with. I’m happy I went with this family owned business.

  Great experience with this store. Had basement steps carpeted. Dave and Matt were great to work with. Pleasant and accommodating. Large selection and fair prices. Waited a bit long for the install but I'll chalk that up to the holiday rush. My install was done on 12/23. Joel the installer was great. Neat and nice job. Was a snowy and sloppy day and he was considerate about keeping the slop out of the house. Highly recommend.

  I waited 3 weeks for delivery because of incompetence. I paid for all the boxes upfront then was told I owed additional money. I've used Bogarts in the past but won't use them in the future.

  I felt the carpet was way overpriced; I was taking a chance that it would be much better than going to Lowes or HD. There is a visible seamline that has not gone away, it's been over a month now; the seam is still visible and can also be felt when walking over. There were no instructions or information of any kind given on cleaning, care, warranty. Over 5k for two rooms; one had a pattern in it, but nothing luxurious - it's so thin, it's like walking on the floor. I just remind myself to be thankful I have a full time job to pay for it.

  Bogart's installed a very nice engineered click-lock Maple floor in our family room and a nice cork floor in our foyer. Great work, good price, well worth the money.
