  Worst customer service ever! They will book a countertop install date with you and then call you at the very last day saying that they gave you a wrong date! Additionally, will no provide any solution ir expedited date of install due to their lack of due deligence

  Worst scheduling and customer service, first the call you to schddule a date and then they call the last day saying that the date was provided wrong and cant commit to this date I have my countertop open for more than 10 days where do I eat coz applianvd cant be installed

  Talk about a waste of time and energy. I spent three hours at this location (four if you include the incorrect measurements from the person they sent out to my home) and I truly regret the experience. My assigned “Senior Designer” was not only unprofessional but also clearly lacked the competence expected from someone in that role. To make matters worse, Wren quoted me a higher price for lower-quality cabinets and insisted my preferred design wasn’t possible. They continually pushed for an island when I wanted a peninsula. Sven when their “Senior Designer” brought back to their manager, they said it wasn't possible. When I shared Wren’s feedback with another kitchen design company, the designer literally laughed at the claim. They assured me that my layout was entirely achievable using standard, in-stock cabinet sizes. Not only did they execute the design flawlessly, but they also delivered more cabinets for $1,000 less—and in solid wood. I now have the kitchen of my dreams, but only because I trusted my instincts and avoided Wren’s questionable sales tactics, poor quality, and predatory financing practices. They will quote you a ridiculously high price and then magically take over half off with their special sales that pressure you into thinking they end soon and you're so tired and weary you give in to their fiancing. (BTW, my dream kitchen deign only took 30 minutes with another company) Before considering them, I strongly urge anyone to do their research. Look beyond the showroom, the dramatic virtual tour, and read the countless negative reviews—there are thousands.

  Great experience with Wren. Marnie in Sales was amazing and super patient as we brainstormed about our dream kitchen. She helped us fill the space with bigger cabinetry and a better setup for the space we have. And Overall --- a great experience --- we love the new cabinets and farmhouse sink. So far --- customer service for a couple of minor things has been VERY positive as well.

  Our designer Emma did a fantastic job of bringing our vision to life. The showroom was nicely laid out and provided us with a wealth of options to meet our needs. Looking forward to having our kitchen redone with Wren.
