  You guys need fix your hours online and on a store door. Its ok to have a lunch brake, its not ok do not have any info about it. And just put a sighn on a door “out to lunch” without even ETA. So your customers know about it and do not spend a hour in front of the store and wait. You need value a time of your customers, the same as you customers value the time sales person spend with them. I do not have a hour just sit in front of the store so will spend this time and money in a another store. First I add two stars because person from customer service was nice. But then wait for 1, 5 hours and nothing change, nobody from employees came so I spend 1, 5 hours for nothing. And change stars for only 1 and only because without it you can't write the review. Horrible!!!
