- JWJessica Weng1 day ago5.0Our master bathroom shower was leaking and had to be completely redone. A big priority was ensuring that the new shower would be very well waterproofed and easy to maintain. Miro was great at going into technical detail about exactly how they would do that, and he was transparent in talking through different options and tradeoffs. CHI was one of the very few companies I talked to who were very experienced with installing large format tile and even willing to do it in the first place. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and his team was hardworking, thorough, punctual, and did an incredible job. The end result is beautiful!
