- TTTelemarker Two2 days ago1.0The Brothers that own the place are absolutely terrible businessmen. RUN!! They ran into a problem with an order and now pretend to be telemarketers and harass me. How unprofessional...I mark harassing calls hence my handle (Tele"marker") so you dont have too. I post here and everywhere else so as I say run from this unprofessionally run company.
- AGAnthony GMar 27, 20261.0Ordered a ton of pressure treated boards and post for a big outdoor project. 80% of the wood I received have defects and warped. Also got a pallet of concrete and 5 of those bags were open and just spilled everywhere. Avoid at all cost
- FRFrank RMar 12, 20265.0I wanted to get vinyl plank flooring for my home and after 2 poor experiences with other companies I contacted Woodhaven Lumber and Millwork in Lakewood NJ. From the moment I contacted them the experience was fantastic. The representative Dave DeLorenzo understood what I was looking for and came to my home with samples. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made you feel at ease. I was able to narrow my choices and select a beautiful White Oak vinyl plank for my home. Dave quickly sent me a fair proposal for the project and I told him I wanted to proceed with the purchase. I stated I would like to finance the purchase. Tamara in the Woodhaven's office contacted me was very nice and stepped me through the financing process which I was approved for and made it easier for me. The day before the installation of my new floor the product was delivered to my home. The next morning Henry arrived to install the floor. Henry was very friendly and did a fantastic job with the installation. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Please give Woodhaven Lumber in Lakewood, NJ a call before you go any where else you will be glad you did.

Following installation, I observed ongoing tripping issues associated with the nosing that affected multiple individuals. I raised these safety concerns directly with the builder and Woodhaven. This review reflects my personal experience and observations and has been updated at the request of Woodhaven’s counsel.
