- JBjeff borchertDec 8, 20251.0Woodhaven supplied the stairs and installed the stair nosing at the builder’s request. Following installation, I observed ongoing tripping issues associated with the nosing that affected multiple individuals. I raised these safety concerns directly with the builder and Woodhaven. This review reflects my personal experience and observations and has been updated at the request of Woodhaven’s counsel.
