Mike was very upfront about costs going into project and communicated throughout the process as Shane and Marco worked their magic. Each day, they arrived when they said they would and cleaned up all garbage at the end. I would recommend RMR for any job, big or small.

Project management (planning the builds and repairs, ordering materials, securing permits, communication) were completed timely and to specifications. The final product was excellent! Our deck rebuild ran into some unknown, pre-existing structural problems. Instead of working around it or cutting corners, RMR made appropriate suggestions, recommended a structural engineer, and completed the proper repair/remediation work to specifications. I feel our home is more secure now than when we started. Unfortunately, the structural remediation lead to us needing to renovate our bathroom. Micheal and crew walked us through that process, were willing to work with us on design and supplies, and did an amazing job with the final product. Everything came out looking great and feels very solidly constructed - Deck and Bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend Micheal and RMR to anyone looking for a professional home renovation. That's where RMR Construction came in. The father, Mike, his son Shane and helper Marko came into play. Shane worked on the 2 12' pine sheets and created the most beautiful beam ever. That is now the focal spot tying the 3 rooms together. Absolutely gorgeous. That wasn't all. We had a couple of repairs to our home and we can't say enough about this company and their staff. Mike and his team did excellent work replacing all of the toilets in our home. That sounds simple enough but actually very challenging because of the clearance involved in each bathroom. Mike did an incredible amount of research to find exactly what would be needed. The install was great. Mike is dependable, shows up on time, is true to his estimate and left work site clean and tidy. If you want a reliable and timely vendor who thinks out of the box, do not hesitate.
