- MCManny CruzNov 13, 20251.0Very shady business, our neighbor rented a lull from them (we were going to use the machine as well). An employee named, Marcus came out and set up a deal and everything. A faulty machine was delivered, did not work and had a serious hydraulic leak... Could not get a refund, no contracts were on file and apparently Marcus took the money for himself??? They still can't get ahold of him.

Shawn in PA was a big help to research my issues hoping to find a fix without having to send a service tech. Unfortunately I needed a service tech, so he set me up with one out of this NJ branch. Brian made the long trip out and was right on time and resolved my issues in a matter of hours. He was clearly a well trained and experienced technician. Jason the parts guy is awesome as well. He found the parts I needed and gets them right away. Overall a great bunch of guys and very helpful.
