He was honest from the beginning and didn’t try to upsell me…fast forward and the crew came to do the install and the work was perfect, the fence is beautiful as much as a fence can be; the crew was professional, patient & cleaned up after as though they were never there. Not one shrub or tree hurt and not one piece of garbage anywhere. This is how business is done….from the customer service, their office in Ledgewood/Roxbury to the crew. They all deserve recognition. Teamwork makes the dream work. Thank you.

It turned out that some of the existing posts from the fence that we were replacing were still in great shape and they were the exact same dimensions as the new posts. So they offered to reuse them and knocked 15% OFF of the original estimate to credit the extra labor and materials. End result looks perfect... even better than I'd hoped. Office was great and the installers were professional and meticulous. A+ all around.
