  We recently had our runner carpets installed on the 1st and 2nd floors by Consumer Carpets, and overall, it was an excellent experience. Free Estimate: They offered a free estimate, which was a great way to understand the costs upfront without any obligation. Installation Quality: The installation service would rank in the top five stars. The team was very professional and polite throughout the process. Communication: Great communication was maintained from customer service all the way to the installers, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. Equipment: The installers came fully equipped with all the necessary tools to complete the job efficiently.   I refuse to give a star . They put down my carpet with a year warranty.... I reached out well under the year because the carpet in my home wore totally out. The padding is inferior and it’s coming up in the corners . No one ever called back when I did get in touch they promised to come our and never did:DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
