  I had a very bad experience at this facility. At the beginning, I was polite and cooperative. I was assigned a container with a broken door that could not be closed. For safety reasons, I could not legally or safely drive a trailer with an unsecured door on public roads, so I asked staff for help. However, I was repeatedly sent from one person to another, and no one took responsibility. While I was waiting for a solution, an employee approached me, banged on my truck, angrily told me to leave, and used aggressive language. When I stepped outside and started recording the situation for my own protection, he suddenly came up to me and forcefully grabbed my phone out of my hand. Only after this physical confrontation did I respond emotionally. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I tried to handle the situation respectfully, but was met with hostility and physical aggression. I strongly recommend improving both safety procedures and staff conduct.

  Absolutely horrendous! If this comes across your load board immediately tell your broker or your dispatcher that you don’t want the load. They do not assist in informing of you how to maneuver and what is very very tight spaces. Given that there is only one way to maneuver in this area, they should have a sign up so the drivers don’t have to worry about asking the question and figuring it out later. I could see if it was just general space. We all have to figure it out, but since it’s extremely tight spaces and only one way to do it, they should offer that some Assistance. The front office personnel with the white Lexus, see photos, extremely rude, extremely nasty and chose to park his car near the entrance of the scale that you have to back into. Trucks are backing up why put your car anywhere near the place they’re backing up to? Rats, rats, and more rats. Loose cats eating rat rats and the smell is horrendous. The load payout was not worth it. I’d rather go home, Lose the payout instead of putting my truck and driver in harms way.
