From the start, they were responsive from Isabelle to Igor and we felt taken care of. The project took 2 days to complete and the 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were quick, efficient, and they did a great job. They were also quick to communicate any issues (our floors having old nail marks). The floors have held up well since and completely transformed our space! Also the pricing is very fair compared to what you get in the area.

We were initially intimidated by the process being first time home owners, however Hugo was super helpful throughout the whole process. He was able to make my Pinterest board inspiration picture a reality by searching far and wide for the right tile colors. He was also super helpful when determining what color hardwood to use. Our apartment looks so much better with this facelift! They were able to work around our schedule and meet when convenient then installed very shortly after. It was seamless, so easy on our part! We also appreciated the attention to detail and responsiveness from team.
