They installed deteriorated, low-quality wood and tried to cover it up with excessive patching and filler instead of replacing defective boards. The workmanship is atrocious; there are large, visible gaps between the planks, and the floor already looks damaged and poorly constructed. This hardwood was installed less than six months ago, and it is already failing. This company delivers substandard materials, careless installation, and zero quality control. Save yourself the frustration and money and stay far away from this company..
