  West experience ever had, I need to call them 20 times in order to get the video of the inspection. I still didn't received the report of what things need to be repaired. It's almost more than 3 weeks now but no updates. Worst company, the customer care will just keep saying will update you but will never get an update.

  The technician who came to my home late last night was absolutely outstanding. Even at a late hour, he arrived promptly, was professional, courteous, and truly understanding of the stressful situation. He worked efficiently and with great care to unclog my kitchen drain, and made sure everything was flowing perfectly before he left. His positive attitude and willingness to help so late at night meant more than words can express. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, respectful, and skilled. I’m incredibly grateful for his service and highly recommend him to anyone in need. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

  I called to 10 or 12 plumbing companies advertising themselves as 24/7 emergency but when it comes to a quick and affordable service the Just Drains was only the one. We paid $99 + tax for the service. You can pay with cash and credit cards. It was Julio Fernandez who did an excellent job fixing our clogged main drain. He was helpful from the start, clearly explaining the issue and the steps needed to resolve it. Throughout the process, he remained friendly and professional, making sure everything was handled efficiently and with care. The repair was completed smoothly, and he left the area clean afterward. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality work.

  I couldn’t be happier with the service! The plumber Julio from Just Drains was professional, on time, and really knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly before getting to work. The job was done efficiently and the quality of work was top-notch. He left everything clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find reliable people these days, but this was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done!
