- JDJessica DelgadoJul 8, 20231.0I received horrible customer service today. I went to ask about materials I would need to build a small deck. I knew what company I wanted to use, and the collection and color, but I had questions about the fascia, risers, etc. I had a drawing and measurements of the small, simple deck a contractor would build for me and just needed some guidance to make sure I was ordering the correct materials and quantity. The white male that volunteered to "help" me did anything but that. He told me that he couldn't help me figure out what I needed, and to return when I had a detailed list of everything I wanted to buy. He kept interrupting me, and wouldn't let me explain or ask questions. I went in person so someone could help me finalize my material order. I am not a contractor, and am paying for the materials myself so I don't want to make a mistake. I had spoken to my contractor about was needed, but just wanted to confirm I was getting the right materials. This man didn't even try to help me, dismissing me quickly. If this is the way you treat customers, you do not need to be in business.
