His designs will transform your space no matter how simple or luxurious your project is expected to be. Plus his designs will make you say “Wow” and the customer service excellence he delivers to you and your family will make you feel like he goes above & beyond to get you the satisfaction you deserve.

    I had a chance to work with Josiany and she was very helpful and understood my needs and wants for how I pictured my kitchen in my head. I like the store everyone was very helpful and friendly. The quality of the kitchen exceeded my expectations

    AVOID Wren Kitchens at all costs. After getting my quote, I considered changing the cabinet color. My sales person explained that there was significant added cost for blue compared to gray. Who charges more for a different paint color? After my design & rendering were complete, I noticed that there was nowhere planned for a microwave (I had a vent hood installed over the stove). When I pointed this out to the salesperson from Wren, he said "oops". We added a drawer microwave only because I thought of it. One of the cabinets arrived damaged and we had to wait days for a replacement, throwing off the installation of my granite. Several months later, after having an impossible time finding a drawer microwave that would fit in the opening of the cabinet, I was informed that I was sold a cabinet with an opening for a normal microwave...at knee height. So I now have a kitchen with an opening for a conventional microwave at my knees, that does not fit a drawer microwave as intended, and my granite is already installed on top of it. Wren has refused to make this right and said it's my problem because I signed the contract, which states: "1 Drawer Open Shelf Microwave Base". They claim that means that there is 1 drawer below a regular microwave opening. The quality of the cabinets is average at best. The support and customer service is awful - you're better off with a traditional cabinet company.

    If I could give minus 10 stars that's what I would give them! 72 days to get a bathroom vanity with quartz countertop installed. Started early September and was completed today! By my own Installer! Ken the 'designer' (that is a joke) couldn't get it right, so I had to wait and wait for re-deliveries. He is a coward and very very unprofessional. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK FROM MID-SEPTEMBER! Brian the General Manager, hung up on me after I was upset, said I called him a name .. well, here are a few I can think of: Incompetent, disrespectful, unprofessional, hostile, and basically a cry-baby. Put your big boy pants on and get the job done and done right! But noooo.. HE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED to ANSWER the phone if he can't handle a customer! I am a Senior Citizen woman who depended on them and they let me down in every way possible. I did all the planning and arranging by myself with no help from the Hamilton Square, NJ showroom personnel. I called Wren many times for deliveries and items not delivered correctly. They, fortunately, we very easy to work with. HOWEVER, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE... RUN!!! And the Installer they suggested, Richard, is a nightmare. Immature, unorganized, arrogant, and he never calls or calls back and cries about how far away he lives. Can you imagine that! I got someone else who did a great job with less headache. PS - I did leave an unfavorable review with TrustPilot and Nyla from their Corporate office contacted me. She was extremely helpful and kind and supportive. Still I would NOT recommend their services.
