  Brian at Kel Tren is awesome. Answers every question and encourages more. How the system works, why certain parts of the system are absolutely necessary, why some aren’t, Billing and costs; he answered them all and with gusto. He earnestly seems to want customers to ask anything that pops into their heads.

  Kel Tren responded promptly to the leak in our water system. Ben was at our home within a couple of hours. Ben did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was knowledgeable and efficient and was polite and respectful. He wore shoe covers in our home and dried up the water in our garage. Definitely a 5 star experience.

  AWSOME!! Ben is a very nice person and very respectful. He arrived early and explained what the situation was and what our options were. He worked with the office and got a quote for a new system and was able to get and install a new system that day. Could not ask for better service than that. A great company to do business with. Thank you very much for your efforts on my behalf. I would recommend them for all your water service needs.
