It screamed desperation if you’re that mad that I’m canceling the day after I scheduled an appointment with a week in advance & trying to put your own colleague under the bus. Relax lady- enjoy the holidays.

He tested the water and inspected all the existing solution. He didn't try to upsell any of their solutions, rather advised on getting a thorough lab test. This is certainly the best experience I have had with other water treatment solution companies, which always try to trick people with unnecessary solutions. I'll certainly call them again for any future needs.
