They were very helpful, especially because they they listened to my needs, then took their time to explain to me they styles of carpeting, price points, everything. From picking out a carpet to installation, was pretty quick to boot. If there is a problem with them, is that they have too many choices! Now I'm getting ready to replace the rest of the carpeting in the house, as well as flooring for my kitchen. I'm not even going to bother with Home Depot or Lowe's, I'm heading straight to Capital Floor Covering...
