How long have you been in business?
My family has been in the construction business since the 1940s. I grew up in our family HVAC business and started working there in 1983. Wittman Construction was formed in 2015 after the sale of the family HVAC business.

Most projects will require building permits. Wittman is a professional expert in guiding clients through the approval and permitting process through the State, County, and Local Government agencies.

I, Thomas T. Wittman, Jr handle ALL aspects of every project personally.
What types of construction do you perform?
We build offices, warehouse-flex, industrial-laboratory, medical, retail, restaurant, and apartments.
How do you provide transparency to your clients?
Wittman and its qualified team of contractors research the best possible method and company for each discipline of the project. That information is provided to the owner. Then the owner pays all suppliers and contractors directly with no markup from Wittman Construction.
Can you provide references?
Every project we have ever completed will provide us a positive reference. Go to our website, choose any project, and contact us with a reference request. We will provide that principal’s name and contact information so you can speak to them directly.
Do you do residential work?
Yes, on a limited basis.
Will you hire subcontractors?
Yes. We have long-term relationships with a tremendous team of suppliers and contractors. All of our team contractors appreciate working for us because they know they will get paid directly by the owner and don’t have to worry about a general contractor in the middle of their payment. Our contractors need to do an excellent job to remain on our team and therefore our clients can expect the best. Another win, win, win situation when choosing Wittman Construction.
