Jordan was at our home within 45 minutes and quickly accessed the problem and explained our options. It was a completely impacted main sewer line. This required a section of the main line to be cut out, snaked and scoped. Once completed the job site was thoroughly cleaned. Going forward we’ll definitely use First Choice for all our plumbing needs.

The team was prompt and very helpful in assisting me with the permit process (though Jersey City took forever to approve it!). They consistently followed up over several months to ensure everything stayed on track. Armando handled the installation and did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything thoroughly both before and after the installation to make sure I understood the system. On top of that, he was just a genuinely pleasant person to talk to. I would highly recommend Armando for his skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service

Full furnace replacement— it turned to slag over the summer, and I got whole new setup. The old furnace had a mess of spliced pipes and plastic tubes, the new one is a thing of beauty, and it works! It was a long, long job, but the First Choice guys were fantastic.

I have seen many HVAC guys in New York and New Jersey in my 39 years of construction and real estate services but this guy beats them all For me as President of Brookside Condo Association, i had to provide heat and hot water by 15th October to all 48 residents and it was 100% completed on the promised date by First Choice Team headed by Michael Flynn who is not only smart and intelligent in handling the project with almost 8 guys every single day for a period of 2 weeks and thats called" Man Power " I would highly recommend everyone out there to get First Choice as the only Choice for HVAC in Residential as well as Commercial Properties Eddy Larrapino will work with you in making sure you're absolutely satisfied with their work
