Consider subscribing to their annual maintenance plan, less than $300 for heating and A/C maintenance to keep your systems operating perfectly when you need them! The plan also includes discounts on any service appointments and other benefits.

- ACArleen CoyleDec 11, 20255.05 stars is not enough for the job First Choice did. My 17 year old furnace stopped working and I was without heat for 6 days while deciding what to do. I met with representatives from 3 companies. First Choice stood out on every level. I replaced both the boiler and the furnace that was undersized for all the zones that were added to it with each addition. Today, the technician, Mike Flynn, solved the mystery of why the radiators weren’t consistently heating. Our thermostat was in direct sunlight so it affected the thermostat. Mike moved the thermostat, bled and balanced the radiators and installed a new section of base board in the master. For the first time in 32 years, our home is consistently warm. The installation team was like a group of surgeons and they did the best clean up!!! I guarantee you will be very happy if you let First Choice become your partner to take care of your home. I am getting estimates for a new AC system and some electrical work this week🙏🏻🙏🏻First Choice does it all and I feel so grateful that I found them🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
