  Technician communicated arrival well. He had an apprentice with him. Both were very respectful of my home and pets. They performed the work efficiently and thoroughly. They explained everything they did in detail. Angel and Gio seem to really care about their customers which is always much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

  Robert from First Choice did a fabulous job of replacing our HVAC system that was damaged due to frozen pipes spraying water on the electrical parts of the system. They showed up on schedule and replaced the entire system in one day. They even searched for additional cracked pipes and repaired them. Rob was very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I would actually give them 6 stars out of 5. They were wonderful.

  Cesarin was wonderful. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was such a delight. It’s so nice when people are personable in addition to being professional. He didn’t leave a trace of his work when he left. Everything was cleaned up and he was very careful to make sure of that.

  Angel was very professional , courteous, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, very conscious to my environment. His helper Gio was very knowledgeable, careful, did very clean work. They both have exceptional pride in their work. I felt like I got a suburb job and am looking forward to doing more business with them in the near future.
