  From the start, Mattsson Roofing impressed me with their clear communication and responsiveness. At each stage in the process, from the initial consultation with Erik through completion, they explained what to expect and how to prepare. During the actual roof replacement, they gave frequent updates with photos. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns. They cleaned up the last day of the job, and made a point of coming by again once snow had melted to do further cleanup. Thank you to Craig and Dan, for your oversight, updates, and responsiveness during the project. After the job, Erik personally called to get feedback. On the final invoice, I noticed that the company gave a credit for materials not used, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Mattsson Roofing.

  Very pleased that I called Mattsson Roofing. The choice to hire them for my needs was very easy. I had reps from 5 Roofing companies come to my house and Craig from Mattsson was by far the most trustworthy, personable and knowledgeable. Any questions that he was not sure of he was happy to get back to me with. Erik Mattsson was great too. He showed great knowledge of roofing and particularly in the roof venting. The work was completed exactly as i was told it would be. And my roof and gutters are working great. My house had smaller gutters and guards that were doing a horrible job of getting the water away from the foundation of the house due to careless installation of the guards and the shingle covering most of the holes where the water was supposed to enter. Also the cleanup of debris including screws from the old gutters/guards was exceptional. My advice to everyone is to read reviews of those you are considering to perform work on your house. Mattsson had all very good reviews and someone said they wished they had another roof so they could hire them again. I completely understand why they feel that way. I can’t say enough about how great Craig (the job manager) was.

  I have never worked with a contractor that was this great when it came to communication. Erik explained everything and his crew kept us in loop every step of the way. We first met on a Thursday and the work was done by the following Thursday. I have only great things to say about Erik and his company. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a roof repair/replacement.

Their inspection was incredibly thorough, and they were completely transparent throughout the entire process. They shared detailed drone images along with close-up photos of every issue and every repair so I knew exactly what was happening on my roof at all times. That level of clarity and honesty is rare in this industry. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of my roof—Mattson Roofing has earned a customer for life. Highly recommended.
