  Mattsson recently replaced our whole roof and did a fantastic job. They were thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They were great at communicating status throughout the entire project so we knew exactly what was going on at all times and they clearly explained everything that came up so we we could help make informed decisions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services!

  I reached out to Mattsson Roofing regarding an ongoing issue with water seepage from our roof affecting a triple window with water damage coming through. This has been a real conundrum for us. Mattsson Roofing took the time to thoroughly investigate and with their expertise and their knowledgeable workforce they did a thorough job on that part of the roof yesterday.   Mattsson Roofing is an exceptional company. At every stage of the process, they performed above expectations. I got three quotes on my roof because of a persistent leak that was not satisfied by prior contractor work. They were the only company of the three to go into the attic and onto the roof to assess the situation. Additionally, Rob, the salesperson, showed me photos of the issues (we had multiple), which were contributing to the leak. Furthermore, Rob made a point to return to us when my wife was home to fully describe the situation and show us what they could do and how they would do it. Not only was the sale process spectacular, but their bid came in below another company that didn't perform any assessment or analysis of the real issue with our roof. The pass off to the project coordinator was seamless. Craig took over and was consistently in touch with me while we applied for a Home Equity Loan. The site crew was attentive to our property and took extra care to ensure it would not bear the burden of the significant work that comes with a roof renovation. Rudy and Dan, the assigned site coordinators, communicated exceptionally throughout the project. They were able to show me the work they were doing through regular photo images. This helped me stay informed and know that the work they promised was the work they were doing. Transparency throughout the process was second to none. This is especially important for a homeowner who has no background in construction or roof repair. They walked with me along the way and made sure I was comfortable and confident in what they were doing. They do exceptional work because they hire exceptional people. I can tell the owner is intentional about getting high-quality people who work well together, who don't take shortcuts because it would be easier (and the homeowner wouldn't be any wiser), and who care about the homeowner in the process. If you are skeptical about how glowing this recommendation is and wonder whether I'm a friend of the company's owner, check out my other reviews under my name. I ONLY write glowing reviews when there is exceptional service. I'm so happy to write a review on their behalf. The time and attention they took is unmatched in my experience working with home construction projects. You will not go wrong by going with Mattsson.

  Best roofing contractor ever! Excellent customer service and response time. The first step was a thorough and most importantly, HONEST evaluation of the roof. They did not over sell. I received a very reasonable price to repair the leak and the work was scheduled and completed in less than 2 weeks. When I need a new roof in the future this is the only contractor I would ever consider and would not hesitate to recommend to others.
