He was honest about what he could and couldn’t do without insurance approval and didn’t push unnecessary demo. Really appreciated his integrity and professionalism during a stressful situation. Highly recommend. I don't have your direct contact info but Ronnie if you see this thank you! The leak detector the insurer sent found and fixed the leak which was inside the tiled wall behind vanity in the upstairs bathroom.
