  Garden State went above and beyond to get here when we needed them! They made time for us the same day we called. They were professional, courteous, and informed us of everything in a manner we could understand. I’d recommend them time and time again!

  They installed a new heating system in my house. We were promised a one day job. From the day of the installation everything went wrong. In the middle of January they came in with a defective part from the manufacturer. After that they claimed that the new thermostat they installed was not compatible with the system. Still not working. They would send different technicians every day and when we asked questions it would be "I don't know, I wasn't here yesterday". Or " I'm not the installer, I'm just a technician". It took them more than a week to get tne system somewhat working.Then there is their claim that this is a family owned business. We asked to speak with the owner and nobody knows who it is. Finally a guy came claiming to be the boss and gave us his cell number to reach out to him if there were any other problems. We'll sure enough two months later there're "other problems". Today they came to install the digital thermostat that they promised from the beginning and now there is no heat in the house because they messed up. We called that guy's cell number and it turns out not only he is not the owner, he left the company. So here I am with no heat waiting for two other guys to fix the problem. Again. Whatever you do, don't go with this company. I would given ZERO stars if I could.

  Ray and Grant did an outstanding job installing my tankless water heater, heat pump, and air conditioning unit. They were courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and left the work area clean and organized. The installation went smoothly, and they made what could have been a stressful situation completely worry-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I highly recommend Ray and Grant for anyone needing HVAC installation or service.

  Cole and Javier from Garden State Air Conditioning and Heating just finished charging my new AC condenser, which was installed about two weeks ago. They were prompt and efficient, finishing the work in a very timely manner. Furthermore, they took the time to go over the work with me and explain everything I needed to know in simple, easy-to-understand terms. They were pleasant and considerate of my time and property. This is typical of Garden State. The company installed a new HVAC system for me about 13 years ago and I have been dealing with them ever since. They have always been very attentive to whatever needs I've had. There have been some issues along the way, as there always are, but they have always responded promptly to my calls for service and have resolved the issues immediately. On more than one occasion, they've actually found a potential issue while servicing another problem, and they took care of that as well, even doing the work free of charge when they've determined that they were responsible for the problem! I have always been greatly satisfied with every technician that has serviced my system. This is a family-owned company which takes the quality of their work and their customers' needs very seriously. I STRONGLY recommend them.
