  Your team was really professional and very skilled at performing their tasks and once they completed they placed the rooms back in place, requested if I had any additional questions, and cleaned up around the area they worked on. I would just like to say from Mike to the supportive teams what a great and professional job! I already informed Mike, that when I decide to update my second floor they will be the first ones to call!!! Thanks so much again.

  I employed their services for carpet installation and their work was exceptional. Mike and James came went over the project deliverables and answered questions promptly and knowledgeably. The work crew was also very courteous and considerate in doing their job. Not to mention they also completed the job very efficiently. I would avail their services again should the need arise and proudly recommend others to do so as well. Great work overall.

  I don't even know where to begin really.... Mike was pleasant in the beginning. He came on a weekend to give us an estimate. We decided to go with his company because we read his reviews. Plus we just moved to this area. Everything was going well "UNTIL" his installers took out our bathroom vanity to complete the LVP. They failed to inform us that the valve was stripped!!! We had a flood in our bathroom which went down into the basement and the ceiling caved. Mike was completely aware that we weren't moved in as of yet. He FAILED to tell us about the leak. When I went to the house 24hrs later that's when I noticed the water damage. My husband called Mike because I was too upset 😡 😢. To my SURPRISE he didn't do a THING ABOUT IT!!! He's unprofessional and doesn't take responsibility for his installers mistakes. We paid a pretty penny for our flooring (come to find out from my new neighbors). To this day he hasn't called nor has he even said SORRY!!! I want a refund for my bathroom flooring. That's all!!!!! Even though we had to file a claim through our homeowners insurance. Like I said we didn't even move in at the time of the incident. The insurance adjustor came out and the water damage came to $10,774.00. NO LIE!!! I'm FURIOUS 😠 DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!! HE'S EXTREMELY UNFAIR!!! FUNNY THING is that I was only asking for money back for the bathroom. Even though my deductible was more!!! I could've had my insurance company sue his. But I'm not like that!!!! What's really sad is that Mike has good reviews and happy customers but he failed us. And we're good people with big hearts. I would never ever do this to someone. So sad 😞

  Mike and his team did a great job installing our floors and worked on our stairs. They're very professional and considerate especially we had our whole has worked on. Highly recommended! Update! We recently had a home inspection done, and the inspector noted that the newel post on the stairs is loose. We then had a separate contractor evaluate it, and they informed us that the post appears to have been improperly installed, which raises some safety concerns. Highly disappointed since we paid a lot of money and now we need to pay another contractor to properly secure the newel post and the rest of the banisters.
