  Mike and the team are outstanding; Mike made great recommendations within my budget and got both jobs scheduled quickly. The team arrived on time both days and kept the area clean throughout. The carpet looks great and so do the luxury vinyl plank floors. I highly recommend!

  I typically don’t write reviews but when an experience is this bad, I feel it is necessary. Do not use this company. Sure, they have nice-looking carpet and a sweet lady who schedules your appointment, but after that, it all goes south. On the date of my installation, they never showed up. No call, no warning. I called to ask if they were coming and they just said “oh no, we can’t make it anymore.” The salesperson ensured me he had no idea but that they would send someone ASAP. That “ASAP” timing wasn’t exactly accurate, because I asked for next day and they couldn’t accommodate it. When they did put me on the schedule, the installers still showed up an hour late. After installing the carpet, they told me that they forgot a vacuum. We hadn’t moved into the house yet, so we didn’t have one available. They used a BROOM that we had in our garage to “clean up” those tiny carpet pieces. In case you are unaware, brooms don’t work on carpet. Have you ever experienced an installation where they don’t clean up after themselves?? Insane. But here’s the extra fun part. New, fresh, soft carpet, right? Nope. Where the carpet ends by a few doors/closets, they failed to put the tack board in properly so there are insanely sharp pieces sticking up through the carpet!! Luckily, I stepped on one and pierced MY foot instead of it happening to one of my toddlers. And once again, they said they would show up to fix it and then called at 3pm that day to say “hey, how’s next week?” Absolutely the worst experience with a company in a very long time. Save yourself the hassle and choose someone else.

  We recently had some LVP installed in our basement, as well as new carpet installed on our stairs. We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. Every interaction from scheduling the initial quote, to receiving the quote, to scheduling the workers, to communicating feedback to the installation supervisor has been seamless. The LVP is beautiful and was installed with great skill. We have a stone fireplace and cutting the planks to fit right up against the misshapen stones is no easy feat. They made it look beautiful. Initially, we weren’t pleased with the carpet installation. However, the company earned my respect when the very next day they came back out to make it right. They apologized, did not make any excuses, and redid the carpet to our satisfaction. This truly is an upstanding company and we will definitely use them again for any of our floor needs.

  Customer service was excellent as compared to other companies we got estimates from and hat's what made the difference for us. Mike spent time with us and seemed more knowledgeable than the others too. From start to finish, nothing but excellent service and our hardwood floors look beautiful. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
