  Sal Jr and his team helped us with a very stressful surprise after only a few months of buying our home. There was water accumulation in our basement and Sal walked me through the process of how a french drain would help by installing french drains around the perimeter of our basement. We also had some additional work done with mold remediation, vapor wrap and replacing insulation in crawl spaces and replacing exterior pipes from sump pumps. They were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves daily and at the end of the project. It was an added expense and stress that we were not prepared for, but we feel confident that it was money well spent to save us from future headaches. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team of experts in a family business who have been in this space for generations!

  I discovered I had a trickle of water coming in through the cove joint in my basement after the recent snow melt. I called a couple of basement waterproofing companies after doing my research on best practices, cost, etc. I could tell that Sal and Basement Waterproofing Solutions were very experienced. He looked at the areas of concern; he gave me options; and he seemed eager to understand and talk through my various concerns about different specifics of the work. WPS was competitive on price, and ultimately, I thought their specific approach was best of the three I called (type of pipe, placement, etc). When the crew showed up to start the job, they were all professional and courteous. Everyone was careful and respectful of our home the entire time that they were here. They took the time to answer any questions I had and explain what they were doing at each step when I checked in. They finished the work on time and on budget. I would _highly_ recommend Sal and Basement Waterproofing Solutions to anyone considering a water remediation project for their basement. Also, because of how well this project went, I am planning to have him and the team come back out to solve a few other problems that I've been putting off for too long.

  I am very pleased with the service I was provided. They are quick to answer the phone, quick to come and do my free home estimate, very knowledgeable, and quick to do the work. They repaired my foundation and the workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Their prices were reasonable compared to another company who quoted me almost four times the amount. This is a family owned business and I am very happy with the experience.

  Starting with Sal's first visit, through the work itself, and dealing with a minor hiccup on the township inspection front, the folks at BWS were friendly, helpful and professional. After the shoring up work was complete, a contractor who came to quote for replacing the drywall commented on what a great job had been done with the concrete flooring: "... you could lay tiles on that right now!" Would definitely recommend!
