I would highly recommend this company for your Carrier Infinity system service as there are a lot of Carrier dealers but most do not know or service Carrier Infinity systems.

Can't say enough good things about the knowledge, professionalism, integrity and desire to go the extra mile of both the estimator - Andrew and the technician - Nick. Andrew arrived on time and hit the ground running trying to diagnose our HVAC system issue. He demonstrated a high level of understanding and immediately identified issues that were causing our heating system to fail / under perform. When he wasn't sure, he utilized his technicians to drive deeper into items specific to our unit. Andrew called Nick the technician in to perform additional tests. Nick ran additional tests and made repairs to get our system up and running immediately. They did not oversell and we have a plan to resolve an issue that 2 other companies could not identify / diagnose. All this was performed on a cold Friday afternoon / evening in December. Both the technician and estimator showed a commitment to stay late, verify the system was operating and answer my questions before they left (even though it required them to work late on a Friday).
