Vern was immensely helpful over email in helping me pick the right tool and parts for the job. Delivery and pickup were both on time and easy. Day of my project, I had a few problems (user error, equipment was in great shape) and Vern and the team were incredibly helpful and generous with their time (on a Sunday no less).
