While I am pleased with my windows purchased in 2018, I am very dissatisfied with how this location handled my warranty claim, filed with them in June 2025 & still no response. I have called/emailed them numerous times to be told my part was in by Luigi, another woman on the phone and/or Larry. Been told they would come out to install the part, today 2/16/2026, still not done. I have also contacted Window World
Corporate office and the Better Business Bureau and have received NO responses. At this point I will file my warranty claim with another WW franchise. Avoid dealing with this franchise location.

We have been calling about a warranty replacement window since April. No resolution. Calls to Pam and Larry are not returned. We tried to contact corporate in December, they were no help. Save your money, go elsewhere, the warranty they promise is useless and they will just ignore you.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.
I paid a 50% deposit in October 2024 for a sliding patio door and was promised delivery and installation within 6–8 weeks. That never happened.
After following up in January 2025, I was told the door would be ready in “two more weeks.” In February, I spoke directly with the owner, who claimed they had my door but that it was manufactured with the wrong opening direction. He asked for another two weeks to fix the issue and schedule installation.
From that point on, communication was extremely poor. I followed up repeatedly throughout March via phone calls and messages with no meaningful response, updates, or resolution. Eventually, after months of broken promises and excuses, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank just to recover my deposit.
As of today—over a year later—I have received nothing: no door, no installation, no refund, no update, and not even an apology.
This has been an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering Window World to look elsewhere.

Honestly by far one of the best companies I've ever worked with!. It was a pleaseure to have them in my home. I had; screen doors, entry doors, basement windows and several windows in the garage replaced. Robert the salesman was exceptionally helpful and the team they use were professional and did an OUTSTANDING job. Larry the owner came to make sure everything was going as planned, Then they came back to make sure we were happy with everything. They have exceeded my expectations.---- Who does that anymore?? If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you Window World (Flemington).

Hired Window World of Flemington to replace my windows, as 1 does with a Window store. Sales person was great, no pressure whatsoever. Gave me the information I needed when I needed it. Very, very different than other high pressure window replacement companies. So far so good. There was a significant lead time on the windows due to the state of the world right now, that was fine (~12weeks) Installers showed up on a snowy February day and did their work very quickly. Here's where the problems started. They broke the vinyl j-channel around most of the windows they installed and tried to cover it up with other pieces of vinyl and silicon. When I brought it to their attention after inspecting their work they said it was due to my vinyl siding being installed incorrectly and repair was not covered in my contract. It would have been nice to know this before they damaged the rest of my vinyl siding! They even offered to come back and repair it at my cost when the weather got warmer - terribly kind. In addition, something I didn't bring to the attention of Window World that their installers brought a bucket of cleaning supplies and solvents into my basement and somehow managed to permanently stain the carpet. In any case, stained carpet and damaged vinyl siding both caused by Window World should not be my responsibility to repair. I contacted the sales person, he sided with their installers and put me in touch with their owner. He was nice. I had a couple conversations with him and was assured that, although repairing my vinyl siding that they damaged was not in their contract, they would make it right. Its been 2 months since we last spoke and it still is not repaired. Oh and the icing on top of the cake, Ill be taking up a wrestling class to open one of the new windows. Its a nightmare to try and get open all of a sudden! Overall, started off as a great experience and has ended as a very disappointing one.
Frequently Asked Questions About Window World Garden State West
What does "Any Size, Installed" mean?
The term "Any Size" refers to any size replacement Double-Hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15" X 26" and a maximum of 48" X 78". "Installed" refers to the removal of a basic Double-Hung wooden window and installing your new Window World replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.
What types of payment methods and financing do you offer?
We offer a variety of payment methods and financing options (subject to approved credit) depending on promotional period. Please contact us for more information regarding available options.
Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?
All windows and patio doors we sell come with a manufacturer’s lifetime limited warranty and a repair labor guarantee, good for as long as you own your home! Contact us or see our warranties page for more details.
What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
What do I do if there is a problem with the windows?
Most of the issues encountered by our customers are easily corrected and don't necessarily mean that there is a problem with your window. You are always welcome to contact us for help.
I'm overwhelmed by all the industry jargon. What do these words mean?
At Window World, it's our goal for each and every one of our customers to feel comfortable throughout their home improvement experience. We try to always explain any construction concepts in terms everyone will know when we're in the home, but we also like to make definitions available in advance.
