I went to ask for a Furnace part and the lady that works there directed me to a isle to check . I asked if she can check in the computer she refused to do it . Very rude and unprofessional behavior!!! I don’t know what’s the reason behave in that manner “ pretending “ to work with customers. If you have attitude look for a job in DMV there would be acceptable. Unfortunately they forget that we are the customers who pay their salaries...... ridiculous how they don’t understand that they are there for us to assist!!!! Avoid this place if you don’t want to deal with rudeness and unprofessional behavior
