I had a 22kW Generac Standby w/ATS installed at my house and every single person I interacted with was very polite and knowledgeable. Never felt pressured and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything thoroughly. Bauer described every part of the process and then executed exactly as stated. This level of service is hard to find these days, but I know I can depend on Bauer when I need them most.
