The resolution was that I "must care about my house" and that my driveway is dirty and I can powerwash it for the scratch to blend in. Placing plywood down prior would have been an inexpensive way to prevent damage to expensive concrete. I did call, in fact three times before I got a call back. The above was the response that I was told.
