  Very dissatisfied with this business. Mostly because they are not clear or thorough in their explanation what the site visit is, not even in their email confirmation . Initial call was a lot of fluffy medical comparison talk, possibly to make it seem relatable to those who are not well versed in this topic just to secure the site booking. But then, very unclear once at the site. not an organized approach to homeowners looking to make real home repairs, more relaxed and a lot of verbal 'this and that' but overall dismissive. Meaning they are not trying to help you get the most out of the visit I think, no thorough recommendations. Knowing a homeowner will be doing repairs, to not recommend that it is wise and important to obtain a report is not good practice. They stated that I "opted out" of the report and that's why they didn't take any pictures to write up anything, however they suggested it was not necessary to have a report therefore I initially didn't press the issue. But why should I press the issue on something this business should just be doing. They were quick to get their 500.00, but lackadaisical 45 minute site visit. Overall will not recommend to anyone because of this experience. I am being a bit kind on the 2 stars, but I would probably say is 1 star service (because they were not kind when I called back to discuss writing a report - they even said they simply will not return) and I am hoping that people will be careful and make sure they answer every single question thoroughly before booking service not just with this company but any. I was disappointed that when we spoke after, he insinuated that I thought he was tricking me, but that's not what I implied, I was simply asking for him to consider being kind enough to return and complete his 500.00 work and take his pictures so that we can order the 500.00 report. Anyway, just going to move forward with a BBB complaint and see if they will either provide a partial refund at least, or if they can just finish their job properly. Will see how it goes. Based on this business owner's reply to Clifford down below, they are not willing to see where they are not very professional and where they are lacking in service, so I do expect the same retorting to this review. This owner lacks professionalism and speaking skills, sorry to say.

  I had an excellent experience with Sabio Engineering Services. The engineer came to my home to perform a specialized inspection and test. He was extremely professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. The work was completed efficiently and thoroughly, and thanks to his expertise, we were finally able to pass the city inspection. I truly appreciate the quality of service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Sabio Engineering Services for anyone in need of residential or commercial inspections, specialized testing, or any engineering services. Outstanding work and a great experience from start to finish!

  I wanted a second opinion on a structural engineering report from Homeowners Insurance Company. Jamie came out and really did a thorough inspection. Helped me to understand the issues. I feel much better after getting his opinion and advise on the situation. Worth every penny.

  Jaime was wonderful. He walked me through my home and explained things to me as he did his analysis. He is thorough and has a lot of patience for all of my questions. He also got the report back to me so quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

  Jaime saved us so much money and stress when trying to buy a home that contractors told the seller needed foundational work. Jaime’s expert evaluation found that the “cracks”, found by prior contractors, were completely normal and from settling. I would recommend Jaime’s expertise to anyone looking for a professional evaluation without the intent to sell a job or unnecessary fix. Thank you so much for your help and peace of mind Jaime!
