Edit* As you can tell by his response he’s not professional. Nothing was to sue, I need to file a claim to USDA for help with damages and this guy showed up dressed like he was in the cast of Jersey shore to do a home inspection, brought no tools of any kind and used his phone as a flashlight. I can understand his misconception over “suing” since he refuses to let you speak because of course he’s the most important person in the world. A contractor actually looked at things and said they did x, y, z which led to x, y, z. Jamie the owner could care less when he realized he wasn’t going to get a big payday. Should’ve known I was dealing with a clown when one showed up. But again not everyone understands professionalism.
