Edit* As you can tell by his response he’s not professional. Nothing was to sue, I need to file a claim to USDA for help with damages and this guy showed up dressed like he was in the cast of Jersey shore to do a home inspection, brought no tools of any kind and used his phone as a flashlight. I can understand his misconception over “suing” since he refuses to let you speak because of course he’s the most important person in the world. A contractor actually looked at things and said they did x, y, z which led to x, y, z. Jamie the owner could care less when he realized he wasn’t going to get a big payday. Should’ve known I was dealing with a clown when one showed up. But again not everyone understands professionalism.

He was very responsive and did the site inspection at my house the same day I called. He expedited his findings/report so I could file my permit timely. He was great to work with.
- AAAndrewJan 20, 20232.0Hired Sabio in Jan. 2023 to conduct a home structural inspection following noticing new cracks in the ceiling and uneven floors of the residential home we recently moved into. Sabio spent 30-40 minutes at the house looking on the outside and basement and assured me everything with the house was normal for its age and provided some basic suggestions to protect the foundation from water. However the inspector didn't do any actual tests or measurements - everything was just visual. When I asked whether a temporary post installed in our basement was safe, the inspector responded that he "has no idea" and it depends on the load, age of the post, etc. I had thought I was hiring Sabio to answer those exact questions.
