Window (one) finally got installed by t3 people??? window warped came back three times still not replaced. They used my old wrapping instead of putting new wrapping around the window guy came back. He didn’t wrap it properly all crooked and stuffed grout into the spaces that he screwed up and undercut! I have reported them to the NJ State Dept.of Consumer Affairs. After 5 attempts I requested a refund they have not refunded me. This issue started in July 20 25. It is now November you’re telling me the management of this establishment does it know about this problem? It’s all a bunch of lies. They don’t care about customers. I have sent an upward of 30+ messages .CONSUMER ALERT! Don’t buy from here.
