I stopped in recently and the guys at the counter were super helpful. The store has a little bit of everything, which was perfect on a snow day. Mauricio took the time to explain the difference between rock salt and calcium and even helped load everything into my van. Thanks, Builders General! I’ll definitely be coming back.

If you’re looking for stress, problems, and unprofessional chaos, this is the place for you. The forklift drivers have zero experience and are completely careless. First, they told me they couldn’t load my trailer because it was “not strong enough.” Then, after I basically begged them to do their job, they took their sweet time getting the wood ready. And when they finally brought the wood, it was packed upside down. They couldn’t even load it straight into the trailer. I had to reorganize everything myself. To make it worse, when I was about to finish, they kicked me off the property and wouldn’t even let me secure my straps. If you get Dave as a forklift driver, just ask for someone else from the beginning — unless you want trouble, delays, and a massive headache. Avoid this place at all costs!
